The idea of bringing charcuterie directly to you via a charming cart came from a burst of inspiration we discovered on social media, coupled with our love for delicious food and good company. With the unwavering support of our family and friends, our dream of So. Co. Graze blossomed into a reality.

So. Co. Graze offers a twist to the traditional grazing table. Our charcuterie cart offers a more sanitary experience for events, where guests receive an individual, personalized charcuterie to enjoy. We take pride in being licensed, permitted, and insured. You can also be assured that the attendants serving at the cart have been trained in food safety and handling.

Our mobile service requires a very small amount of space which allows us to go virtually anywhere. The cart is a great addition to any event and offers an immersive experience; one that we are excited and proud to share.
